In addition to 12 catalogues published to accompany various exhibitions that were part of the 1976 World of Islam Festival, the following have since been funded either wholly or in part by the Trust:

Princes, Poets and Paladins , an exhibition of 145 paintings and drawings from the collection of the Late Prince Sadruddin Aga Khan at the British Museum, London, 1998 and at the Musée d'art et d'histoire, Geneva, 1999-2000
The Spirit of Islam Experiencing Islam through Calligraphy, exhibition at the Museum of Anthropology , University of British Columbia, 2001-2002. This was the first exhibition in Canada to address the arts and beliefs of Islam.
Mightier than the sword Arabic script beauty and meaning, an exhibition about the art and uses of writing in Islam drawn from the collections of the British Museum at the Ian Potter Museum of Art, the University of Melbourne 2003. This exhibition was later transferred in early 2004 to the Islamic Arts Museum, Kula Lumpur
